Merkelijkheid B.V., located at Suikersilo-West 8, 1165 MP Halfweg, is the data controller for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement. 4. Retention periods

We do not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary. We apply the following retention periods:

Are kept as long as you are subscribed. Upon unsubscribing, your address receives a ‘do not send’ status to prevent further contact.

To ensure the request for access is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks, to your request. You also have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
