New colleague: Esther Barens (office management)

As of early June 2021, Esther Barens has joined Merkelijkheid, and we warmly welcome her! In this post, we would like to introduce our office manager Esther.

In the past month, Esther has already made great strides in professionalizing the organization by mapping out and optimizing internal and financial processes. Additionally, her support in the daily operations of the office and assisting her colleagues has been very valuable. Esther’s extensive experience at other renowned agencies has proven to be an immediate asset during the growth phase Merkelijkheid is currently undergoing. She has previously worked for The Social Club, which after significant growth was acquired by MPG. Her personality, organizational talent, and character have already contributed to a lot of new energy among colleagues and clients, even after this short period.

Esther is in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and when she’s not working, she likes to make time for her family with two fairly talented football-playing sons.

Merkelijkheid now consists of a permanent team of 9 FTE including positioning consultants, online marketers, designers, web developers, and project managers.
