Ready to start at a marketing and communications agency where you work for inspiring clients and can truly make an impact? We are urgently looking for someone who knows how to take initiative and wants to develop in our field.

Who are we looking for?

• You have (almost) completed a HBO degree.
  By the way, we value level and practical experience more than the diploma, so don’t let that stop you.
• You are practically minded
  Our clients want results. Analysis and theory are nice but it must lead to action.
• You really want to learn this profession
  Of course, we will teach you the ins and outs, but you are not afraid to figure things out yourself or do some reading.
• 3 to 5 days a week available
  This will be determined in consultation

A good impression of you
Before we talk to you, we want to know more about you. What you have done in your life that could be relevant for this job. Sometimes that is a CV, but a letter works just as well. Prefer to communicate by video? That’s fine too.

First response
We will quickly let you know by email if we want to talk to you; it won’t take days, but you probably won’t hear it the same day.

First interview
We will schedule a first interview at our office. We will ask you to think about something in advance (you will hear from us about this). We will discuss this alongside getting to know each other. In this interview, we want to learn who you are and how you think.

Second interview
You will receive an assignment/case in advance, which you will present. This is not a right/wrong exercise; the goal is to learn how you work and whether that fits well enough. This is a final check; if you pass the first interview, the feeling is already good.

Offer
Shortly after the second interview, you will hear our offer. Or why we don’t make one. We will make this as specific as you want.
