Nominated for Dutch Interactive Award 2020 category Corporate
Together with Buma/Stemra, we have been nominated for a Dutch Interactive Award 2020 in the Corporate category. We received this great news at the beginning of June, with the announcement that an expert jury will review the 5 nominees in September to select a winner. We are proud of the Interactive Reporting Player that we developed with Buma/Stemra to share the annual report and other interim financial data with their members and affiliates.

Interactive Reporting Player
Buma/Stemra asked Merkelijkheid to develop a platform that provides maximum transparency about what the organization is working on, where it is heading, and places the results (figures) in a multi-year perspective. Additionally, the platform had to be suitable for every stakeholder group, both those looking for the core (quick overview) and those seeking more in-depth information. Another requirement was that the platform had to be future-proof, so that future and interim developments in policy and finance could be easily communicated on the platform.

Future-proof platform
At this moment, we are of course already working on improvements to the platform and the production related to the publication of the 2019 annual report, which will be presented to the General Members Meeting at the end of August. We look forward to taking another step with this unique application.
